The first of three hospitality events for national and international buyers and journalists has just ended.
We had the pleasure of hosting here in Fasano the first 20 of the 60 Italian and German guests who represent the largest buyers of organic products and some of the most influential newspapers in Europe.
We accompanied our guests to discover the organic production of our territory, with visits to the production fields, harvesting of typical products of the summer and explanation of the techniques of cultivation, harvesting and packaging of the same.
The “Regina tomatoes”, the barattieri, the “fioroni figs”, the “cornaletti peppers” and the other typical products of the territory were the protagonists of the 2 days dedicated to them.
In addition to technical visits, we have involved our guests in a great popular festival, to let them taste the harvest of the day prepared with our typical recipes and to bring them inside the “truest and most genuine Pugliesità”
