A choice. Organic farming is the natural evolution of our story of love for the land, enthusiasm for our work, passion for authenticity, respect for the environment.
A choice. Organic farming is the natural evolution of our story of love for the land, enthusiasm for our work, passion for authenticity, respect for the environment.
Better for us, better for the planet.
Because Organic Farming is respect for our well-being and our health, but above all respect for the Earth as an ecosystem that welcomes us.
We are in the territory of Fasano, a municipality completely immersed in the “Piana degli Ulivi Monumentali” recently included in the National Register of Historical Rural Landscapes and which contains the highest concentration of millenary olive trees in the Mediterranean.
Bringing knowledge and awareness to consumers' tables, informing, explaining, sharing experience, passion and love for our land of Puglia.
Because respect for the earth is the only way to ensure a sustainable future for our children.
We want to be multipliers of good practices, good habits, good health for us and for our planet
To preserve the typicality of local autochthonous products.
To guarantee products that are better for our health, tastier for our palates.
To avoid overexploitation of natural resources, we align ourselves with recommended cultivation practices, excluding the use of synthetic chemicals.
The flagship of our production are vegetables. The protection given by the ancient olive trees, the Mediterranean climate, with dry and hot summers and mild continental winters, the mitigating action of the sea with contained temperature ranges and winds very often in the breeze regime, make our vegetables a unique product.
We produce our oil in the cradle of the “Plain of olive trees”, a green expanse close to the Natural Park of the Coastal Dunes on the Adriatic and sheltered by the hills of the Murgia dei “Trulli”
Here we carefully cultivate our millenary olive trees, plants that have an estimated age of up to 3,000 years, dating back to the time of the ancient Messapi, giant witnesses of our history.
A prodigious combination of climate, territory and human care.
