The project

The choice to embrace organic farming comes from afar and is rooted in the desire to respect, preserve and enhance a heritage of excellence inherited from our ancestors.

We are in the territory of Fasano, a municipality completely immersed in the “Piana degli Ulivi Monumentali” recently included in the National Register of Historical Rural Landscapes and which contains the highest concentration of millenary olive trees in the Mediterranean.

The goodness of organic vegetables

The flagship of our production are vegetables. The protection given by the ancient olive trees, the Mediterranean climate, with dry and hot summers and mild continental winters, the mitigating action of the sea with contained temperature ranges and winds very often in the breeze regime, make our vegetables a unique product.

The authentic extra virgin olive oil
of the "Piana degli Ulivi millenari"

We produce our oil in the cradle of the “Plain of olive trees”, a green expanse close to the Natural Park of the Coastal Dunes on the Adriatic and sheltered by the hills of the Murgia dei “Trulli”

Here we carefully cultivate our millenary olive trees, plants that have an estimated age of up to 3,000 years, dating back to the time of the ancient Messapi, giant witnesses of our history.

A prodigious combination of climate, territory and human care.
